Shipping policy

All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. The timeframes below begin once your order is confirmed.

Processing time

Ready pieces are prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. Bespoke or commissioned pieces have a longer lead time, confirmed with you directly at the time of order.

UAE delivery

Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

International delivery

International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs and import duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
  • These are not included in the order total.
  • They are collected by the courier or local authorities on delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
